This note covers standingdocs.com, the marketing site. The StandingDocs product is governed by the agreement each customer signs, which sets out how its data is handled.

What this site collects

The demo request form: your organization's name, your name, work email, and optionally a phone number, number of locations and a message. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose, and we do not sell or share it. It is stored on Google Cloud in the United States.

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. Its fonts are served from standingdocs.com itself; the page talks to nobody else until you send the demo form.

The product

Customer data in StandingDocs belongs to the customer. It is stored on Google Cloud in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed only by the customer's own users and, for support, by our staff under a second factor, with every access recorded.
