This note covers standingdocs.com, the marketing site. The StandingDocs product is governed by the agreement each hospital signs, which sets out how its data is handled.

What this site collects

The demo request form: the hospital's name, your name, work email, and optionally a phone number, staff count and a message. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose, and we do not sell or share it. It is stored on Google Cloud in the United States.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.

The product

Hospital data in StandingDocs belongs to the hospital. It is stored on Google Cloud in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed only by the hospital's own users and, for support, by our staff under a second factor, with every access recorded.
