It is optional. The product includes its own library import, a spreadsheet of your policies with a zip of their files, so your team can bring the library in themselves.

- What counts as a location?
- A physical site where your organization delivers care. A practice with a main office and two satellite clinics has three locations.
- Do the plans have different features?
- No. The three standard plans include the same policy-management functionality. We did not hold features back to justify a higher tier.
- How do we buy?
- Book a demo, and we will walk one of your own policies through the product. If it fits, the subscription is annual at the price shown here.
- Are the add-ons included?
- Scope of Service, Forms & Attestations, Competency & Training and Exceptions & Variances are optional and priced separately. Ask about them in your demo.
